Required Certs: BLS/First Aide (AHA/ARC), REQUIRED EXPERIENCE: ONE YEAR OF RECENT EXPERIENCE AS A LPN, INCLUDING A MIMINUM OF SIX MONTHS IN A HOME HEALTH LPN SETTING - PRIVATE DUTY WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED, Traveler will be required to attend a daily conference call at 8:15AM, Scrubs: clean/professional with closed toe shoes - no facial jewelry except small nose stud and earrings, Charting: Wellsky/OASIS, PLEASE HAVE ALL CANDIDATES LOOK INTO HOUSING BEFORE SUBMITTING
