Home Health LPN – Days ☀️

5x8 days, Monday–Friday, 8a–5p
40 hrs/week guaranteed
Start 2 weeks from offer
1 year recent LPN experience, including 6 months in Home Health — private duty does not qualify
BLS/First Aid (AHA/ARC) required
WellSky/OASIS charting
Outpatient visits; approximately 20% in assisted living facilities
Daily conference call at 8:15a
Weekend/holiday visits may be needed with supervisor approval
Territory: Bellaire, approximately 30–40-mile radius
Mileage reimbursed at GSA maximum
Professional attire/scrubs and closed-toe shoes; facial jewelry limited to small nose stud and earrings
Candidates must research housing before submission
