Experienced RN Case Manager

Monday - Friday

Start time ranges from 8a-9a for 8.5 hours

Weekends required, once per every 4 weeks

2+ years of acute care Case Manager experience required

Non acute disciplines will not be considered

Active PA RN license required

BSN Required
