Remote RN Case Manager – Workers’ Compensation

📍 Location: Remote, but must reside in California
🕐 Shift: 5x8-hour days (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
📞 Call: None
🔄 Floating: No
🏠 Work Arrangement: Remote from California only; must attend in-person training in Los Angeles and pick up equipment.

Requirements

• 1 year of Case Management experience
• Workers’ Compensation Case Management experience required — hard stop
• Active California RN license in hand at submission
• BLS
• Epic experience
• First-time travelers accepted
• Flu vaccine mandatory; no exemptions or declinations

Submission Requirements

• 2 supervisor-level references from the past year of employment
• License copy required at submission
• All RTO must be submitted upfront
• Maximum 7 days of RTO; no RTO during the first 2 weeks
• Any license or background issues must be fully resolved and explained in writing
• Previous permanent employees of applicable Cedars-Sinai facilities must meet the required separation period
