REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Minimum 2 years of RN experience required
Previous Psychiatric / Behavioral Health experience required
Experience caring for child, adult, and geriatric psychiatric patients
Experience with conditions such as major depressive disorder (MDD), bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, and anxiety
Must be team-oriented, flexible, patient-centered, kind, and self-aware
Must be willing to float across all three units: child, adult, and geriatric

SCHEDULE

Night shift: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

BLS
HWC
MANDT
TOVA-certified de-escalation and physical-hold training
All required certifications must be completed before starting

LICENSE

- Active Virginia RN license required
