Description
Role: RN
• Specialty: Home Health Care
• Shift: Day shift 8A-5P
• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 40
• Weekend Hours: Every other weekend rotation with a day off during the week.a permanent schedule of Monday-Friday w/ Sun, Sat off; every other weekend
• Call Requirements: No overnight call. Call back required 2-4 times a month between the hours of 1700-2000. You will be told by 1700 on that day if an extra visit is needed. If by 1700 there is no visit scheduled, you do not stay on call.
• Years of Experience: At least 2 years
• Scrub Color: business casual or scrubs (any color).
• EMR: EPIC
