Travel SNF Occupational Therapist – Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center, Philadelphia, PA
Position Summary
You’ll treat short-term rehab and long-term care residents at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center on a full-time travel contract with Ardor.
This is a 13-week travel Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Occupational Therapist role, with extension possible, at Deer Meadows Rehabilitation Center in Northeast Philadelphia, operated by Premier Healthcare, LLC. You’ll work 12-hour day shifts, helping residents rebuild the strength, skills and independence they need for daily living and a safe return home. The 206-bed skilled nursing facility offers short-term rehab, long-term care, memory care and respite stays. It’s part of the Deer Meadows Retirement Community campus at 8301 Roosevelt Boulevard, Philadelphia, PA 19152.
New graduates and therapists without previous SNF experience are welcome to apply. You’ll have support from the Deer Meadows rehab team and Ardor’s 24/7 clinical support while you build your skills.
