Schedule: 4x10 days, block scheduling available
Requirements:
• PharmD degree
• Active or pending NC pharmacist license
• At least 1 year of experience
• Recent Epic experience
• Pharmacist-to-dose protocol experience preferred
• Must live at least 40 miles from the facility
