Home Health RN – Travel Assignment

Location: Aspirus Wausau At Home, Wausau, WI Contract: 13 weeks Shift: 8-hour days, approximately 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week

Position Details

Specialty: Home Health RN
Patient Load: 20–25 patients
Average Visits: 4.5 visits/day
Travel: Approximately 25–60 miles/day
Mileage Reimbursement: Government-approved rate
Weekend/Holiday: Every 5th weekend and holiday rotation
On-Call: 2–3 times per month
Float: Medford, Antigo, and Wisconsin Rapids, as needed
Scrub Color: Navy blue
EMR: Epic Remote Client/Remote Care; OASIS experience required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of Home Health experience
Prior travel experience required
Active Wisconsin or Compact RN license
BLS – AHA or ARC
Valid driver's license
OASIS experience required; OASIS certification is a plus
Associate degree or nursing certificate required
Bachelor's degree preferred
