Description
RN – Skilled Nursing / Long-Term Care
Shift: 12-hour days (6:45 AM–7:15 PM), 48-hour guarantee; every other weekend required.
Requirements:
- BLS/CPR required before the first day
- Experience with IVs, PICC lines, Mediports, central lines, IV antibiotics, blood transfusions, and IV fluids
- EPIC charting
- BSN not required
Facility: SNF/LTC with 60 residents across two units; approximately 1:15 RN/LPN ratio.
Patient Population: Long-term and skilled residents with CHF, CKF, sepsis, UTIs, NSTEMI, fractures, and other complex conditions.
