Description
AUTO OFFER JOB: RN - Mother-Baby / Couplet Care / Post Partum
✅ Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of postpartum nursing experience
- BLS and IV certification required
- Strong IV start skills
- Labor & Delivery (L&D) experience required
- Epic experience required
- Must float to units of similar acuity
- Previous travel nursing experience preferred
✅ Required Clinical Skills:
- Postpartum and couplet care
- Vaginal and cesarean delivery recovery
- Fundus, lochia, perineal, and incision assessment
- Postpartum hemorrhage and pregnancy-induced hypertension management
- Magnesium sulfate, Pitocin, and antihypertensive administration
- Breastfeeding education and breast pump use
- Foley catheter insertion and bladder assessment
- Newborn assessment, cord care, thermoregulation, and infant identification
- Newborn hypoglycemia management and phototherapy
- IV antibiotics, blood product administration, and pain management
- Parent discharge education and vaccine administration
