RN Oncology

Overview

Location: Wichita, Kansas
Employment type: LTA
Shift: 19:00 - 07:30
Schedule: Every other weekend
Call: No call
EHR: Cerner OneChart
Scrub color: Ceil blue

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Kansas
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Oncology (2 years of experience)
Oncology experience within the last year
BLS issued by American Heart Association
NIH Certification
MOAB Moderate Risk
Current license and primary source verification within 30 days prior to start of assignment for all licensed professionals
Nursys verification within 30 days prior to start
At least two professional references
RN Oncology skills checklist completed within one year of start and updated annually for specialty

Onboarding / Compliance

Ascension Color Vision completed prior to start and updated every 3 years
Ascension Core Competencies completed within a year of start, updated every 3 years, with a minimum passing score of 80%
NIH Certification updated yearly for Group A and every 2 years for Group B-F
Ascension EKG Exam completed with a passing score of at least 80% and updated every 3 years
