ravel Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist – Job Description
Position: Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist
Department: Cardiac Catheterization Lab
Care Setting: Acute Care Hospital
Shift: 4x10-hour day shifts with call
Schedule: 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM (confirm exact shift timing with the facility)
Call Requirements: 2–3 weeknights per week, every third weekend, and 2–3 holidays per year
EMR: Epic
Required Certification: BLS (AHA)
License: Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has been initiated
Required Qualifications
- Recent experience with cardiac catheterization and peripheral catheterization procedures.
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association (AHA).
- Active Illinois license or confirmation that the application process has started.
- Ability to participate in the required on-call rotation.
- Experience with Epic EMR is beneficial.
