JOB DETAILS:
-Target Ratios: 1:5-7 Could fluctuate based on unit needs/surge; Daily Census= 39. 40 beds.
***Unit will accept 16+ Week contracts up to February 27, 2027.
*48 Hours can be offered.
-Shift: 4 x 12 Hour NIGHTS 18:45 - 07:15
-Float Requirement: Yes.
-Weekend Requirement: 2-3 in 6 weeks.

PATIENT DIAGNOSES: The 4th Floor of Novant Health Matthews Medical Center (“NHMMC”) is a 40 bed Medical surgical unit with an emphasis in Bariatrics and Orthopedics providing twenty-four hour inpatient care.
**Unit goals include: providing exemplary customer service and patient care, an environment that fosters Novant Health mission, vision and values, the forming of collegial relationships with physician

Patient population: Adolescents, adults and geriatrics.

UNIT SYSTEMS: PYXIS, EPIC, SBAR, Voalte

UNIT ORIENTATION: 36 hours; Travelers must be available all week during week one for Hospital Orientation.
