Join an outpatient Oncology Clinic in Santa Rosa, CA, as an Oncology RN providing specialized infusion care. First-time travelers are welcome! This clinic values its travelers and offers a supportive team environment.

📌 Assignment Highlights

• Contract Length: 13 weeks
• Shift: Day shift, 5×8 hours
• Possible Schedules: 7:45 AM–4:15 PM, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, or 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours/week
• Weekend Work: Not required
• Call: Not required
• First-Time Travelers: Accepted
• Local Candidates: Accepted

🩺 Your Role

• Administer and monitor chemotherapy and other oncology infusions.
• Perform approximately 6 infusions and 1–2 port draws daily.
• Manage implanted ports, central lines, and IV infusions.
• Monitor patients for infusion reactions, extravasation, and other oncologic emergencies.
• Provide symptom management and follow neutropenic precautions.
• Operate Alaris infusion pumps and CADD ambulatory pumps.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and follow oncology care protocols.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Active RN license eligible for practice in California.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience.
• Previous outpatient oncology or infusion experience required.
• BLS certification.
• Oncology certification through ONCC or ONS.
• Experience administering and monitoring chemotherapy.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• EPIC charting experience.
• Familiarity with Alaris infusion pumps and CADD ambulatory pumps.

📋 Important Contract Requirements

• Include all requested time off (RTO) at the time of submission.
• No weekend or on-call requirements.
• First-time travel nurses are welcome.
