Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly
Orientation Pay: Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate.
Position Overview
Saint Joseph Medical Center is seeking an experienced Travel Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Cardiac Catheterization. The nurse will provide direct care to adult and geriatric patients undergoing diagnostic and therapeutic cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities
✓ Provide direct patient care in the cardiac catheterization laboratory.
✓ Monitor and document patients' conditions throughout cardiovascular procedures.
✓ Monitor physiological and hemodynamic data during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
✓ Communicate patient conditions to physicians as needed.
✓ Prepare procedure rooms, check equipment readiness, and maintain supplies and inventory.
✓ Support quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
Qualifications
✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the applicable state.
✓ Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in a cardiovascular lab performing cardiac procedures or in a critical care area.
✓ Current BLS (AHA) certification.
✓ ACLS certification required upon start and must remain current.
✓ BSN preferred.
✓ Must be available for Monday–Thursday day shifts and required on-call coverage.
