Submission Requirements

Provider must have 24 months minimum of current CT Technologist experience - [REQUIRED]
Must disclose any previous Parkland employment history in profile - [REQUIRED]
Must have an active permanent or temporary Medical Radiologic Technologist (MRT) certification from Texas Medical Board - [REQUIRED]
Must have current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) with certification in Radiography (R) and/or Computed Tomography (CT) - [REQUIRED]
