Description
2 years minimum experience
Active Alaska Social Work License
Experience with EMR systems: EPIC, MIDAS
13 Weeks
8 hour days 8am to 4:30pm One will be on M-F, one will be on F-M
EMR-EPIC, MIDAS (must have experience using these)
Ratio- 1:8
Must have active SW license with Alaska
Must have secured housing and transportation before accepting the assignment
Float to: SW covers all units and rotational coverage in ER, Mother/Baby
Typical Procedures Performed: assessment of social situations/needs and writes plans accordingly. Participates in multidisciplinary team rounds for Discharge Planning.
Required: LMSW, master's in social work or equal educational degree.
