Description
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-Time, On-site
- Schedule: 36 hours per week
- Pay Range: $43–$55/hour (estimated; subject to confirmation)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and provide individualized nursing care to adults aged 65 and older with mental health needs.
- Administer medications and monitor treatment effectiveness.
- Monitor changes in patients’ conditions and communicate concerns to providers.
- Develop and evaluate patient care plans.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team.
- Educate patients and families and delegate tasks appropriately to LPNs/LNAs.
Requirements:
- Active RN license
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
- Associate Degree in Nursing or a related field preferred
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient care skills
