• Job Title: Clinic Director
• Facility- Spooner
• Location: Rockwall, Texas
• Hourly Rate - $43.27/hour - $57.69/hour
  
   
• Shift: M-F (40 hrs)
• Pay Range: $90,000–$120,000 per year + bonus structure

Key Responsibilities

• Lead clinic operations and drive financial, productivity, and strategic goals.
• Manage budgets, facility maintenance, patient complaints, and risk management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, OSHA, and HIPAA.
• Lead, mentor, train, and support clinic staff, including hiring and performance management.
• Conduct staff meetings and collaborate with leadership.
• Support clinic marketing and build relationships with referral sources.
• Maintain a patient caseload and monitor clinical documentation for quality assurance and reimbursement.
