Ardor Health Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist for an outpatient travel contract with Bay State Physical Therapy in Arlington, Massachusetts, just outside Boston!
Bay State Physical Therapy is a leading outpatient physical therapy provider in the Northeast, offering a supportive clinical environment focused on individualized rehabilitation and helping patients return to the activities they enjoy.
Position Overview
This is an excellent opportunity for a PT who enjoys outpatient rehabilitation and wants to experience the Greater Boston area.
You'll work with a diverse outpatient population, providing evaluations, individualized treatment plans and evidence-based rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive outpatient physical therapy evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy and functional rehabilitation as appropriate
- Address mobility, strength, balance and movement limitations
- Educate patients on injury prevention and home exercise programs
- Maintain documentation using Raintree EMR
- Collaborate with clinic staff to support positive patient outcomes
Experience & Requirements
- Active Massachusetts PT license
- At least 3 months of outpatient experience OR 1 year of PT experience in another setting
- New graduates are not accepted
- Must be available for two evening shifts per week until 7:30 PM
- HealthStream modules required before placement
Schedule & Contract Details
- ASAP start
- Choose a 13-week to 26-week assignment
- 40 guaranteed hours per week
- Open to four 10-hour shifts
- Clinic operating hours: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM
- Must work two evenings per week until 7:30 PM
- Expected patient volume: 55–63 patients per week
- 30-day cancellation notice
