Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) – Day / Night Shift

Schedule: Day Shift (Listed as 07:00 – 19:30) / Night Shift (Unit notes specifically request nurses willing to work night shift) | 3x12-Hour Shifts | 36 Hours Per Week
Assignment Duration: 13-Week Contract Assignment
Location Region: Florence, South Carolina (SC) | Local & Travel Candidates Accepted

Submission Hardstops [STRICT & NON-NEGOTIABLE]

Clinical Experience Baseline [HARDSTOP]: Minimum 2+ years of dedicated Labor & Delivery RN clinical experience strictly required [HARDSTOP].
Fetal Monitoring & Intrapartum Competency [HARDSTOP]: Direct clinical proficiency in continuous Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) strip interpretation, high-risk intrapartum management, Pitocin titration, and high-risk OB emergency protocols strictly required [HARDSTOP].
State Licensure [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]: Active South Carolina State RN License OR valid Multi-State Compact RN License strictly required at time of submission [HARDSTOP].
Certifications [IN-HAND AT SUBMISSION - HARDSTOP]:
- Active AHA BLS (Basic Life Support — Healthcare Provider) [HARDSTOP].
- Active NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Active AHA ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification [HARDSTOP].
- Preferred Credentials: Intermediate or Advanced C-EFM (Electronic Fetal Monitoring) certification preferred.
