Job Title: RN Psych
Location: Concord, MA
Shift: 5×8 Evening

Description:-

Seeking an RN to provide psychiatric care, administer medications, monitor patients, and ensure patient safety. Active RN license and BLS required.
Provide nursing care to patients with psychiatric and behavioral health conditions.
Assess patients' mental health, behavior, and physical status.
Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
Assist with crisis intervention, de-escalation, and suicide risk assessment.
Maintain patient safety and accurate clinical documentation.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and the healthcare team.
