Description
- Schedule: 7 on / 7 off
- Shift: Night shift, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Workdays: Thursday through Wednesday
- Orientation: Must begin a couple of days before the scheduled shift. Orientation will be on day shift, followed by a transition to night shift.
- Required Experience: Med/Surg and ER experience.
- Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
- Preferred Certification: TNCC.
- Transportation: Candidates must have their own vehicle or arrange a rental car, as Uber and other transportation services are unavailable in the area.
- Housing: Facility housing may be available based on availability and is provided only during scheduled work shifts. Candidates arriving a day early must arrange their own hotel accommodations.

- 14-bed Critical Access Hospital (CAH)
- 4-bed Emergency Room (ER)
- 2–3 swing beds
