Requirements
- At least 2 years of acute-care hospital case management experience
- Indiana or compact RN license required at submission
- Strong communication, assessment and critical thinking skills
- Understanding of post-acute levels of care
- Adaptable, resilient and collaborative
- Epic experience helpful
Schedule and patient care
- Patients: Varied adult medical/surgical population
- Floating: Within Case Management between Midtown and Gateway campuses
- Weekends: None
- Holidays: Rotation required
- On-call: None
- Scrubs: Teal
