Description

LPN/LVN – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry

Location: Rochester, NY
Weekly Gross Pay: $2,000
Shift: Days | 4x12-hour shifts (7:00 AM – 7:00 PM)
Start Date: November 9, 2026
Contract Length: 8 weeks
Schedule: Every other weekend
Experience Required: 1 year
Charting System: Epic
Certification: BLS required

Requirements:

Active NY nursing license required; pending licenses are not accepted.
Previous charge experience preferred.
Medical-Surgical and Telemetry experience.
Experience with medication administration, wound care, feeding tubes, Foley catheters, oxygen administration, and vital sign monitoring.
Must be flexible to float to Medical-Surgical patients as needed.
First-time travelers are welcome!

Additional Details:

14-bed overflow unit supporting Emergency Department boarder patients.
No local candidates within 75 miles.
Block scheduling may be considered but is not guaranteed.
Minimal time-off requests; additional requests after signing cannot be accommodated.
Navy blue or white scrubs.
