Schedule: Saturday–Sunday, 2 × 10-hour shifts
Guaranteed Hours: 20 hours per week

Required Education

• Graduate of a Radiologic Technologist program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Required Licenses and Certifications

• NJ DEP Diagnostic Radiography License.
• ARRT R.T.(R) certification.
• American Heart Association (AHA) BLS certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• ARRT CT certification (R.T.(CT)).
• EPIC and other HIS/RIS system experience.
• Two years of experience preferred; minimum one year required.

Required Skills

• CT scanning and imaging procedures.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and radiographic positioning.
• Understanding of CT scanner hardware and software.
• PACS proficiency and diagnostic image evaluation.
• Contrast administration, venipuncture, and IV management.
• Patient preparation, safety monitoring, and documentation.

Additional Requirements

• Maintain continuing education credits (CEUs).
• Obtain ARRT (CT) certification within 12 months of hire.
• Obtain AHA BLS certification within three months of hire, if not already held.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs., push or pull at least 50 lbs., and stand for at least six hours daily.
