REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- Minimum 2 years of ICU experience required.
- Surgical/Trauma ICU experience strongly preferred.
- Level I or Level II Trauma experience preferred.
- Epic experience mandatory.
- Must be comfortable managing a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio, adjusted according to acuity.
- First-time travel experience is not listed as a restriction.
SCHEDULE
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:00 AM.
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS
- BLS required.
- ACLS required.
- TNCC preferred.
VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS
- COVID-19 vaccination: Not required.
- Flu vaccination: Required — no exemptions.
LICENSE
- Virginia RN license required
- Candidates may be submitted with a pending Virginia license
