Home Health RN – Days ☀️

• 5x8-hour shifts; typically 8a–5p or 9a–6p, with alternate schedules possible
• 1 year of experience required; recent patient care experience within the last 3 months
• Required: BLS, active Florida or Compact RN license at submission
• Skilled home health experience required, including OASIS training and experience; private duty nursing alone not accepted
• Strong IV, phlebotomy, and wound care skills required
• 6–8 home visits per day; self-scheduled based on office needs
• Adult/geriatric patients; HF, COPD, MI, pneumonia, stroke, and post-op care
• Skills include wound vacs, ABI compression dressings, PleurX/Asept drains, Foley care, PICC/midline care, port access, injections, and lab draws
• Alternating weekends may be required
• Any solid-color scrubs; laptop, MiFi, and portable printer provided
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• COVID vaccine required; medical/religious exemptions allowed. Flu shot or declination required, with mandatory masking
• No RTO allowed on travel contracts
• Candidates must live more than 100 miles from the facility; locals are not eligible
