Registered Nurse (RN) – LTC/SNF
NIKTOR Healthcare is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a 13-week contract in Maine.
Position Details
- Start Date: November 2, 2026
- Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Duration: 13 weeks
- EMR: EPIC
- Holiday Coverage: Required
Responsibilities
- Provide resident-centered nursing care, assessments, medications, and treatments.
- Monitor patient conditions and document care accurately in EPIC.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team and float between units as needed.
- Care for residents in long-term care, rehabilitation, and Alzheimer's/dementia units.
Requirements
- ADN or equivalent nursing degree.
- Active Maine RN or Compact RN license.
- 1-3 Years previous RN experince preferred
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience; LTC/SNF experience preferred.
- Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.
Important Notes
- Must reside outside a 50-mile radius of the facility.
- Former employees and candidates with licensure disciplinary actions are ineligible.
- Up to 16 hours of orientation are unpaid.
- Facility may cancel up to 3 shifts during the contract.
- Local candidates may receive a reduced pay rate.
