Required Skills and Certifications

• Active RN license for Ohio (compact status not stated, so confirm)
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• 2+ years of total acute care experience, with 1+ year of PCU experience
• Hard stop: Acute care experience must be current and consistent over the last 12 months. Do not submit without meeting this.
• High-acuity PCU patient experience
• Epic charting
• Dysrhythmia interpretation, rapid response, central line, PICC, port access, blood products, heparin protocols, cardiac drip titration, chest tubes, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, ABGs, and tracheostomy care
• Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only)
