GHR Healthcare is seeking a Med/Surg Telemetry RN for an opportunity in Lancaster, Pennsylvania!
Responsibilities:
- Provide care for patients with medical, surgical, and cardiac monitoring needs.
- Monitor telemetry, assess changes in condition, and communicate with the care team.
- Administer medications and treatments, maintain documentation, and educate patients and families.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania RN license or valid compact license.
- Recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
- BLS certification; additional certifications based on facility requirements.
- Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
