RN Telemetry | Days 3x12s | Saint Peters, MO

Start Date: 11/16/2026
Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Days, 3x12s (7:00 AM to 7:30 PM)
Experience: 2+ years required
Patient Ratio: Typically 1:4, may range from 1:4 to 1:6
Charting: Epic required
Travel Experience: First-time travelers accepted
Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
Floating: Required between Progress West and St. Peters, including MS and ICU assignments appropriate to skill level

Required Certifications

ACLS
BLS
NIHSS

Required Experience and Skills

Telemetry and cardiac monitoring
Stroke care, including post-thrombectomy care after 24 hours
Post-cardiac catheterization care
PCU/stepdown experience or telemetry experience caring for stroke patients
Dysrhythmia interpretation and management
Cardiac drips, heparin protocols, and respiratory care
