REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Labor & Delivery / LDRP.
• Minimum 1 year of LDRP experience required.
• 3 years of LDRP experience preferred.
• Labor & Delivery-only candidates may be considered if they have OR circulating experience.
• Candidates with only postpartum experience will not be accepted.
• Must be comfortable independently attending deliveries and catching the baby. Confirm this with the candidate before submission.
• Must be comfortable performing neonatal resuscitation at delivery, as there is no in-house pediatric coverage.
• Experience titrating Pitocin required; insulin titration is occasionally needed.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: 12-hour nights.
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS – AHA.
• ACLS – AHA.
• NRP – Neonatal Resuscitation Program.
• AWHONN Advanced Fetal Monitoring (Advanced EFM).

LICENSE

• Active RN license appropriate for the assignment in California.
