Description
Title: MS/Oncology RN – pending license accepted
Location: Anchorage, AK 99508
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start Date: ASAP
Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM (3×12s)
Experience: 1 year required; 2 years preferred
Charting: Epic
Guaranteed Hours: 60 hours per 2 weeks
Requirements
- Alaska RN license (pending license accepted).
- Candidates must complete the Alaska RN license application process within 48 hours of signing, including fingerprints, application fee, and application submission.
- Active Alaska RN license required for auto-offer.
- BLS and ONS/ONCC certification required.
- Chemotherapy administration experience required.
- Strong oncology, IV therapy, central line, and port management skills.
- First-time travelers accepted.
Assignment Details
- Floating to similar units required.
- Weekend coverage required; frequency depends on staffing needs.
- No on-call; block scheduling unavailable.
- Local candidates not accepted; permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility.
- All requested time off must be included at submission and is subject to approval.
- May be called off for one 12-hour shift per two-week period.
