Shift & Schedule

5×8-hour shifts per week
Listed shift: 6:00 AM–2:00 PM
Rotating shifts between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM
Every other weekend and holiday coverage required
No on-call requirement

Education & Experience

PharmD required
Active, unrestricted Arizona pharmacist license required
At least 1 year of experience
Acute-care inpatient experience required; student rotations may count
First-time travelers accepted

Facility Details

Hospital beds: 235
Daily census: 130–150 patients
Pharmacy staffing ratio: 2 days / 1 nights / 2 weekends, as listed
Orientation: 80 hours
