Description
Shift: 630-1900 Wed Thurs Fri
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Call rotation- One call shift per week and one weekend of call per month
Call Requirements: One weekend per month 1 day per week
Required Certifications: ACLS/BLS RCIS
Years of Experience: minimum 5
Float Requirements: No Float required
Number of Beds: 4 labs
Patient Ratios: 1 team : 1 patient
Equipment: Merge Hemo
EMR: Merge Hemo/ Epic
Must Have Skills/Experience: IABP Impella Laser Shockwave Phillips panning experience
Preferred Skillset/Experience: merge hemo experience
Type of Patients on Unit: Cardiac
Personality Fit: Team player flexible willing to take initiative accountable timely
Scrub Color: Ceil Blue or Royal blue
Any unacceptable attire: professional attire and scrub colors and following regulations of CMS and OH standards
