Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist in a busy hospital setting.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Graduation from an approved School of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Valid New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) license.
• ARRT registry or NMTCB registry required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA).
• Experience performing general nuclear medicine and cardiac studies.
• Knowledge of organ imaging, functional studies, and radiopharmaceutical handling.
• Proficiency with GE imaging equipment, SPECT, and SPECT/CT.
• Knowledge of radiation safety, image evaluation, and radioactive material handling procedures.
• Effective communication and patient care skills.
