Description
Respiratory Therapist
- Location: Springfield, MA
- Shift: Night Shift (NOC)
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts per week
- Hours: 36 hours per week
Requirements:
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Adult ICU experience required.
- Neonatal experience required.
- Ventilator management experience required.
- Emergency Room experience preferred.
- Experience: 3 years of critical care/acute care experience preferred.
- Certification: Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide respiratory care to high-acuity patients.
- Manage and monitor ventilators.
- Deliver respiratory treatments to adult ICU and neonatal patients.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide safe, effective patient care.
