Travel LPN/LVN – Home Health | $2,300.00/week

Location: Pittsfield, MA
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Schedule: 40 hours/week guaranteed
Weekend Requirement: Every 3rd weekend; holiday coverage as needed
On-Call: No on-call listed in the schedule

Position Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of acute nursing experience required; hospital-based experience preferred.
• Home health experience required.
• Active Massachusetts LPN license required at submission — pending licenses are not accepted.
• BLS certification required (AHA or American Red Cross).
• Holiday availability is required. Travelers must work two holiday blocks if scheduled/needed: Thanksgiving, Christmas, or New Year's holiday periods.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide and document nursing care for patients in their homes.
• Promote recovery, maintain health, prevent illness, and support rehabilitation.
• Coordinate care with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and community resources.
• Assess patient and family responses to nursing interventions.
• Manage an assigned caseload independently while following clinical protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and communicate patient information effectively.
