REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

• Position: Emergency Department Registered Nurse (ED RN).
• Facility: Dell Children's Medical Center.
• Must be competent in providing emergency nursing care in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong patient assessment, critical thinking, and clinical decision-making skills required.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience caring for pediatric emergency and trauma patients is highly relevant.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide direct nursing care according to established policies and protocols.
• Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient condition.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Carry out physician and nursing orders.
• Assist with discharge planning and patient education.
• Follow standard precautions and PPE requirements.

SCHEDULE

• Shift: Nights.
• Hours: 6:45 PM–7:15 AM.
• Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts.
• Guaranteed hours: 36 hours per week.

REQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS

• BLS.
• ACLS.
• PALS.
• TNCC.
• ENPC.

LICENSE

• Active RN license valid for the assignment state is required.
