💪 What You'll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient rehabilitation setting.
- Develop individualized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility, strength, and functional independence.
- Provide therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait training, balance training, and neuromuscular re-education as clinically appropriate.
- Treat patients recovering from orthopedic injuries, surgery, musculoskeletal conditions, and mobility limitations.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, body mechanics, and individualized home exercise programs.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans to support functional goals.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
📋 Requirements
- Active Maryland Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain.
- Previous outpatient physical therapy experience preferred.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong orthopedic assessment and treatment skills.
- Excellent communication, time-management, and patient care skills.
- Ability to manage an outpatient caseload and collaborate with a rehabilitation team.
