✨ What You'll Do

• Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care in accordance with professional standards and state regulations.
• Assess patients' conditions, monitor health status, and identify changes requiring clinical attention.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans.
• Administer appropriate treatments and perform delegated medical functions within your scope of practice.
• Educate patients and families on healthcare needs, treatment plans, and wellness practices.
• Monitor patient responses to treatment and collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive outcomes.
• Coordinate referrals and additional care when clinically indicated.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant patient documentation.
• Promote a supportive, respectful, and patient-focused care environment.
• Float to other departments within your qualifications when needed and fulfill applicable on-call responsibilities.

✅ Required Qualifications

• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program.
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of practice.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, documentation, and patient-care skills.
• Commitment to safe nursing practices and high-quality patient care.

⭐ Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
• Relevant specialty certifications, such as ACLS, NRP, or PALS, as applicable to the unit.
• Experience in maternal-child health, labor and delivery, postpartum, or newborn care is a plus.
