RN Case Manager

Location: Burbank, CA
Start Date: November 16, 2026
Contract: 26 Weeks
Shift: Days, 5x8s | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of acute care Case Management experience.
Experience in care coordination and discharge planning.
Epic experience required.
Experience with HMOs, IPAs, utilization review, and medical necessity assessments preferred.
Acute hospital experience in ICU, Med-Surg, or Stepdown/PCU/IMC/Observation.
Active California RN license required by start date. Pending license accepted.

Job Details:

Patient caseload: Up to 25 patients per day.
Patient ratio: 1:25.
Weekend requirement: Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday), with a weekday off.
Time off: Maximum 7 days preferred; requests exceeding 7 days require client approval.
Facility type: Acute Care Hospital.
Dress code: Business attire or scrubs.
