Submission Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN License required at submission.
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department or ICU experience required.
• Must have a minimum of 1 year of recent experience in a large Level I Trauma Center and Teaching Hospital.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC required.

Unit Overview

Emergency Department

• 118-bed Emergency Department
• Large, high-acuity emergency care environment
• Typical nurse-to-patient ratios: 1:5 to 1:6

Patient Population

Behavioral health patients, boarding patients, emergency and trauma patients, and critically ill/ICU-level patients.

Required Skills

Candidates must be comfortable caring for high-acuity patients and demonstrate:

• Strong critical care skills
• Trauma experience
• Ability to manage unstable and complex patients
• Adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent prioritization and clinical decision-making skills

Compliance Requirements

• All travelers must be fully cleared by 11:00 AM EST on the Thursday prior to the start date.
• Candidates not cleared by the deadline will be moved to the next available start date.

Vaccination Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination required per facility policy.
• Influenza vaccination required.
