Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker Location: Oregon City, OR 97045 Contract Duration: 26 weeks (13-week assignments also considered) Start Date: November 16, 2026 Shift: Day Shift | 4×10-hour shifts | 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM Weekly Hours: 40 hours Position Type: Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide clinical social work services, behavioral health assessments, and care management in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have experience conducting behavioral health assessments in the Emergency Department across all age groups and coordinating discharge planning for medical-surgical patients. The selected candidate must be comfortable floating between three affiliated hospital locations and working a rotating schedule, including alternating weekends. Key Responsibilities<ul>	<li>Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and acute behavioral health evaluations for patients of all ages.</li>	<li>Perform behavioral health assessments in the Emergency Department, including evaluations involving psychiatric emergencies and involuntary holds.</li>	<li>Provide care management and discharge planning for medical-surgical patients.</li>	<li>Coordinate post-discharge services, including home care, medical equipment, rehabilitation, and long-term care placements.</li>	<li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in care conferences and treatment planning.</li>	<li>Provide individual, marital, and parental counseling as appropriate.</li>	<li>Coordinate referrals to community resources, social services, and other healthcare providers.</li>	<li>Assist patients and families with accessing financial assistance programs, including Medicaid, Medicare, food assistance, and medication assistance.</li>	<li>Support patients and families with child and adult protective services, guardianship, foster care, and adoption-related matters as applicable.</li>	<li>Document assessments, interventions, and care coordination activities accurately in the medical record.</li>	<li>Float between all three affiliated hospital locations as needed.</li></ul>Required Qualifications<ul>	<li>Active Oregon Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license.</li>	<li>Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.</li>	<li>BLS certification.</li>	<li>Experience with electronic medical record documentation; Epic experience is used at the facility.</li>	<li>Ability to perform behavioral health assessments and support care management and discharge planning.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications<ul>	<li>Experience conducting acute behavioral health assessments in the Emergency Department for patients of all ages.</li>	<li>Medical-surgical care management and discharge planning experience.</li>	<li>Ability to work across multiple hospital locations and clinical settings.</li>	<li>Familiarity with psychiatric emergencies, involuntary holds, community resources, and protective services.</li></ul>Schedule and Additional Details<ul>	<li>Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM, four 10-hour shifts per week.</li>	<li>Alternating weekends required.</li>	<li>Rotating shifts; the facility will try to provide a consistent schedule pattern when possible.</li>	<li>Floating between three affiliated hospital locations is required.</li>	<li>No on-call requirements.</li>	<li>No block scheduling guarantees.</li>	<li>48-hour workweeks are not approved.</li>	<li>First-time travelers are welcome.</li>	<li>Facility type: Short-term acute care hospital.</li>	<li>Hospital capacity: 109 beds.</li>	<li>Charting system: Epic.</li>	<li>Parking: Free.</li></ul>#AlliedTech1
