Job Opportunity: Radiology / Cardiology (Travel/Contract)

Job Description

• Required Certification: EKG Certification

Background Checks and Screening Requirements

• 7-year background check including SSN trace with all aliases, county searches, nationwide sex offender search, education verification, and international search if applicable
• FACIS Level 3 screening within 2 weeks of start and monthly thereafter (or equivalent checks if FACIS III not available)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM, HHS/OIG, OFAC Sanctions List, Medi-Cal Suspended and Ineligible Provider List (as applicable)
• Sex Offender Search within 90 days of start
• Education verification (not required if highest education is high school)
• Transcript/Diploma verification if education verification unsuccessful
• Employment verification for up to 7 years with explanation of gaps over 30 days
• References: 2 professional references required for clinical/allied/per diem acute care candidates (Aya requirement only)

Health and Immunization Requirements

• Physical Exam within 1 year of start (must indicate cleared for work)
• Fit Mask Test within 1 year of start, renewed annually (exceptions apply)
• Immunizations and Titers:

  • Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap (within 10 years)
  • Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 90 days, renewed annually
  • Rubeola (Measles) immunity or vaccination
  • Mumps immunity or vaccination
  • Rubella immunity or vaccination
  • Hepatitis B immunity or vaccination series (or signed declination)
  • Varicella immunity or vaccination
  • Seasonal Flu Vaccination during flu season (Nov 1 - Apr 30) or signed declination
• Drug Testing: Negative 9-panel drug screen within 6 months of start (excluding marijuana/cannabinoids per CA law)
• Color Blind Exam (in-person, if applicable)
• Respiratory Safety Clearance (not required for some roles)
