Overview

Travel/Contract assignment in Charlottesville, Virginia
13 weeks
Night shift: 4x12 hours, 19:00–7:00
Can offer 36 or 48 hours per week
Patient ratio: 1:4 on days/weekends and 1:5 on nights
Patient population includes respiratory illnesses, renal illnesses, diabetes, sepsis, cellulitis, infections, heart failure, sickle cell, and cystic fibrosis
Every other weekend required
Must work 2 of the 3 winter holidays
Block scheduling cannot be guaranteed
Can approve 40 hours for time off
Must adhere to float policy
Epic experience

Required Qualifications

Valid RN license in Virginia
Med Surg / Telemetry (1 year of experience)
Med Surg / Telemetry experience within the last year
BLS - Basic Life Support issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross
Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
Experience with Epic
