Role Overview

• Travel/Contract assignment in Kingman, Arizona
• Start: ASAP; late October/November starts cannot be considered
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 11:30 AM–10:00 PM
• Rotating call: one night per week
• Locals accepted at the same rate
• The traveler may need to be flexible for a few days at the beginning to assist with training, and may also assist with training new employees

Required Qualifications

• MRI Technologist with 5 years of experience
• MRI Technologist experience within the last year
• Prior travel experience required
• ARRT or ARMRIT certification
• BLS issued by American Heart Association or American Red Cross

• EPLS/GSA/SAM check annually

• Physical exam within 1 year of start
• Fit test within 1 year of start, updated annually
• Negative TB or chest X-ray within 1 year of start
• Annual TB questionnaire
• Measles, mumps, and rubella immunity documentation based on birth year requirements
• Hepatitis B documentation
• Varicella documentation
• 9-panel drug screen within 30 days of start
• Flu vaccination or declination during flu season
• 2 references within 3 years of start
• Skills checklist annually
