Medical Surgical Nurse
Overview
- Travel/contract role in Spokane, Washington
- 16-week assignment
- Night shift: 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
- 36 hours per week
- Floating between units is required
- Weekends are required per facility need, at least every other weekend
- 48 hours are approved
- Expected patient ratio: 1:6–8
Required Qualifications
- Valid RN license in Washington
- Associate of Science in Nursing / Associate Degree in Nursing
- Med Surg (1 year of experience)
- Med Surg experience within the last year
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
- NURSYS verification required
- Minimum of 2 references covering 1 year of employment total within the last 3 years in a comparable specialty/setting
- Employment application must include at least the last 5 years of employment
- Work history verification is required if using a reference exception request
